I am the owner and founder of Designing Moments.
I’m on a journey of self-discovery, exploring different ways to grow and find balance in my life. Through artisanal work, yoga, life coaching, reiki, and journaling, I’m learning to express who I truly am and live with more intention and peace.
I start with my love for creating — baking, making bar soap, bath salts and teas, shower steamers, laundry soap, decorating, home improvement projects, and much more. It’s a way for me to express emotions and ideas that can’t always be put into words, helping me stay grounded and tap into deeper parts of myself.
Yoga, it’s not just about physical postures; it’s a way for me to connect my body, mind, and spirit. Through mindful movement and breathing, I’m learning to listen to my body, build strength, and find clarity.
Life coaching has helped me set goals, break through challenges, and make more intentional choices. It’s given me tools to better understand my purpose and align what I do with what matters most to me.
Reiki, the energy healing practice, has been a big part of my journey. It’s helped me release blocks and restore balance, healing old wounds and helping me tap into my own inner strength.
Journaling is where I reflect on everything I’m experiencing. Writing helps me process my thoughts, track my progress, and see how far I’ve come. It’s a place where I can be honest with myself and explore who I’m becoming.
Through all these practices, I’m uncovering my true self, letting go of old layers, and embracing who I’m meant to be. It’s a process of patience, trust, and self-compassion, and I’m learning to live in a way that truly feels authentic to me.
